Plain concrete is transformed into earthy, color-rich hues by a process called acid-etching. The Roll On Rock™ System 4h is a 3 step hybrid coating
system designed to offer an extremely high performance
coating that can be installed very quickly. You will love the
fact that you may walk on it the same day it was coated,
as soon as 3 hours after it is dry.
Roll On Rock™ System 4h utilizes 5205, a hybrid
penetrative primer which wicks into the concrete to provide
a fantastic bond.
When dry the 5210 Hybrid body coat is applied and the
flakes are broadcast to the point of rejection.
The 5210 and flake can be scraped in about an hour to
remove excess and loose flake. Once the flake has been
scraped, a coat of 5073 Polyurea completes the install it
can be walked on in 2-3 hours. The completed Roll On
Rock™ System 4h installation will be between 20 to 30
mils and have a gloss like no other. You can remove the
items from your garage in the morning and then replace
them in the evening.

Carpeting basement floors can cause serious health problems due to temperature and moisture associated with concrete floors. We recommend alternative's to carpet with a stampable overlay chemical staining, epoxy coatings dyes and stenciling. |
